What We Do
We are a specialty bakery located in Ballinger, Texas. We offer custom decorated wedding, anniversary, quinceanera, birthday, and all occasion cakes.
We also offer fresh homemade cookies that can be shipped to you or your family and friends anywhere in the United States or to service men and women overseas. Or send a little taste of home to that student away at college.
If your cookies are a gift, take a minute and type a special note to the recipient, and we'll print your message on our fine stationery and include it in your package to make your gift extra special and add that personal touch.

We moved to Ballinger in March of 2008. We've spent the majority of our careers as full time educators, most recently at Sul Ross State Univeristy in Alpine, where Jim served as Vice President of Student Affairs, and Sandy served as Director for the Gear Up Federal Grant program.
For many years prior, we lived in Snyder and worked for Western Texas College. We still teach online classes for several colleges and universities.
We have one son and daughter-in-law in San Angelo, one in Midland, and two in New Braunfels, and our mothers live in Snyder and Lubbock. Ballinger was a great choice, as it has that wonderful small-town atmosphere and is filled with incredibly friendly people.
